Alphadawg7 Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 (edited) Lower leg injury...precisely why it wouldn't have been wise to trade for the oft injured older pro. http://bleacherreport.com/post/fantasy-football/a815e11b-637d-43c6-b877-c121f23c0105 Edited July 27, 2019 by Alphadawg7
whatdrought Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 (edited) Also, speaking of Green, the around the NFL podcast geniuses think GB should have traded two first round picks for him. Edited July 27, 2019 by whatdrought
YoloinOhio Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 It’s a little early for his annual injury. Looks ok for now 2
JoeF Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Met he and his then girlfriend and now wife in the Cincy airport about 5 years ago. Talked to him for 15 minutes before I realized who he was (a TSA person on break came up for an autograph). Really liked both of them. Well rounded, intelligent and fun couple who were truly in love. This sucks if its serious. Praying for something minor that gets him out of training camp but allows him to come back for the season. 7
ProcessAccepted Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Geez if it's a serious injury the Bengals are in for a long season. That'll make securing a wildcard spot tougher for us too. Two teams will probably make it out of the AFC North if everyone in that division gets and extra 2 easy wins.

eball Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Hope for his sake it's not the dreaded "high" ankle sprain. 1

Mike in Horseheads Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 He's a heck of a player when healthy but as others have noted thats not very often. Ankle sprains can just nag you for ever.
PromoTheRobot Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 (edited) I swear if ice skating was part of their training ankle injuries would fall by half if not more. Edited July 28, 2019 by PromoTheRobot
MAJBobby Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 Why Proper Facilities for Practice are essential. There was concern on the Surface and what happens loose a player to a lower body injury.
Big Turk Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 Seems like it's only a sprained ankle, but depending on the type and severity it could be something he deals with all season long and limits how effective he can be.

There’s a movie sequel lurking in that statement, somewhere. * Even better, figure skating or ice dancing...? Edited July 28, 2019 by Ridgewaycynic2013
