You might consider talking to your strength and conditioning folks Bobby, sweating like a pig in a sweatshirt just makes you lose water, you wil gain it al back once you re-hydrate.  Might want to step back from the dessert table once in a while.

Being hotter does burn more calories/fat because your body has to work harder to cool itself down.

true but marginal, like people drinking cold water because it burns more calories, not worth the suffering in  my opinion, eating discipline is a hell of a lot more important

It's because turnovers are the only thing that matters according to him. He even said tyrod was a better qb because of it.

You missed the opening where he started the show talking about fitz starting with the 1's over Rosen for the first 5-7 minutes.

Sad. Did he also make any mention of the fact that Tyrod couldn't regain his starting gig over a rook in Cleveland?

No he didnt mention it, because Schoop also thinks Lamar Jackson was a better choice in the draft.  Robert Griffin III got a raw deal and would have been worth a shot to sign.  Kaepernick is better than 50% of the starting Quarterbacks in the NFL.   Schoop doesnt live in reality.  He lives in a liberal narrative.

He watched a quarterback throw for under 200 yards in 21 out of the 44 games he started here and still wants people to believe he got a raw deal.   Eventhough he also goes on and on about it being 2019, a passing league where you cant win if your quarterback doesnt throw for at least 300 yards a game.  So which is it?   If Sam Bradford came here and had the same stats as Tyrod Schoop would be all over the Bills for not releasing him.

Or at the very least, one where he consistently feels the need to look beyond the numbers and inject something else into it. That show is pretty much insufferable to listen to on so many levels. I much prefer the team oriented propaganda mill of OBL--and am not ashamed to admit it. ;)

I too prefer OBL, no matter how much crap Tasker gets on this board.

I really don't get the vitriol directed his way--sure, he may not be the most refined or eloquent with his grammar, but I thoroughly enjoy what he brings to the table in terms of inside knowledge of the game, his timely anecdotes, and interaction with Murph. I guess that makes me a homer though?

Schopp is to Buffalo radio as any host on WFAN is to NYC radio.

Nobody on WFAN combines Schopp's arrogance & ignorance, not even Francesa.

That's our only measure for comparison.

Go watch tape of Duke Williams. He looks very slow. Sure, he makes contested catches, but he is incredibly slow. And for a guy that isn't that big that's a problem.

10th of a second slower than Benjamin. Better broad jump, 1 more rep on the bench, these guys are separated by fractions athletically. Difference is Williams is hungry to succeed and Benjamin is hungry for some Popeye's.

I'm not a big Zay Jones fan, and I do like Foster, but this is probably a wise decision. It worked last year motivating Foster when he got cut earlier. Make him fight and earn the reps and balls. Start Zay off with some confidence in him; his problem at times.

As much as it pains me to say it because it highlights how low the bar has been, Jones has earned those first team reps.  Foster will get plenty of opportunities, and I do think you're right as he responded so well after a big shock last season.

That’s it.  These guys are not always great, but they are significantly better than Schopp.
