Mr Wild Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Former Dolphin with 1 years experience. Was let go with an injury and out of shape but seems to have refocused since then. 1
CajunBillsBacker Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Hopefully he will be a find like Jordan Phillips was. I like that he’s refocused.

He’s more of a camp body until Sirles gets healthy. Issac has an uphill battle trying to make the team as a guard on the roster
Saxum Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Every offense line needs a Samoan. He only played 2 games (one in 2017 and one in 2018) so has practice squad capability.
Ethan in Cleveland Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 He doesn't look like he would make most college teams. Probably had a better shot when he was fat At least he would have had some girth to move. He won't make it past week 2 of TC

LSHMEAB Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Sounds like it's a good thing for his life outside of football, which is great. Doesn't seem like a good thing for his football career. He seems much more focused on the former, which is fine. Most likely camp fodder. 1

Dopey Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Competition is a good thing. Don't forget how bad our o-line was last year. If he makes our reserve unit or practice squad better, that's a good thing.
SoCal Deek Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 It’s just that simple...you eat the food you lose the weight! ?

Royale with Cheese Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 Has he been stranded on an island for a thousand years because he didn't have his fish hook? 1
TigerJ Posted July 23, 2019 Posted July 23, 2019 I doubt he will be a factor this season. It is an interesting story. He was out of shape and had injury issues. My immediate concern is time frame. In the space of like 6 weeks, he lost 56 lbs, then gained 16 back. I don't know what he expects will be his final playing weight. The point is, he's probably still in transition from a physical standpoint, and now he's going to be heading into training camp. I would much rather he had a whole off season to remake himself, and especially to get in a weight room and turn flab into solid muscle, whatever his weight target. Once training camp starts, it's a whole lot tougher to focus on strength, condition and diet when you're in training camp because there's so much other stuff going on.
buffaloboyinATL Posted July 30, 2019 Posted July 30, 2019 He has now retired. I guess his transformation is complete.
