Every Christmas there is ad "Buy a present for your trusty Toyota." @mrags and @CountryCletus seem to forget the Toyota Tundra is the official truck of the Buffalo Bills. Probably because they are too busy waiting at the Ford dealership for repairs and recalls.

My banker mentioned that his bank is based in Buffalo and I said yea but the profits from my account are being used to pay for stadium in Baltimore. He talked to home office and got me a Bills picnic blanket; this thing is waterproof so you can lay it on ground and not get wet from grass.

Tipster19 Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 Wow, so much to relate to here. I work for Fuccillo Kia of Cape Coral. Yes, Billy is still doing the Huuuuuggge thing and his son is gathering more and more Nissan dealerships himself. I’ve lived in Fort Myers for the last 26+ years and that is where the Henry Ford home is. I’m born and bred in Rochester and of course that’s where the George Eastman house is. Ford and Eastman we’re friends and have visited each other. I guess I was destined to live here with all these coincidences.

No doubt, it was a Toyota Tunda! LoL... The transmission did go out a week later. All that bad ass hauling... LoL Actually F150. He found out later the previous owner knew it was on its way out through a coworker that knew of the previous owner. That is why I am apprehensive about buying a used vehicle from a used car lot.
Augie Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 I grew up next to the Herr’s in Hamburg. My sister, 8 years older, convinced me to jump in their pool. Never mind that I didn’t know how to swim (hey, I was little!). I did not know to hold my breath or close my eyes as I sank in the deep end. I still remember the sight of her jumping in and swimming to my sinking body. Ahhh, good times!
Mrbojanglezs Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 No wonder why cars at West Herr are so expensive

But he wasn’t a socialist. Hitler praised him for his anti-semitic views, but that doesn’t mean Ford was a socialist. But who knows, maybe you know more about socialism than I do. After all, you did vote for Bernie. 1

Sure it could’ve been funnier with a better script but it still beats having to watch another insurance commercial any day, imho. Or the Ryan brother sitting on the couch with a bunch of snacks... What, they couldn't get them to do anything else so they just filmed them in their natural habitat? And yeah, local ad's always suck, but sometimes in a cult-classic kind of way they can be hilarious. This Josh/Tasker one reminds me of the 90's tho, and not in a good way. 2

They keep people talking and bringing up the dealers name. May not make you want to buy a car but when you need to you'll remember where to look. Reminds me of the trucking companies Yellow and A. Duie Pyle Yeah but it was actually comedic and not so lame, more people would talk about it.

Here in WNY we really have the “cream of the crop” with Fucillo and West Herr’s horrendous commercials. Every place in America has these type of commercials.

Things must be selling well over at West Herr Kids are doing Star Trek CGI that puts even the studio stuff from the 80s to shame on You Tube. Probably cost all of a buck three eighty for West-Herr to do. ? * Should have had Allen throw the football clean over some mountains. The Boston Hills at least.
