That sucks. Hope the kid recovers quickly and comes back 100%. Cody is a good guy to have in the meantime and I hope he can stay healthy as well.

Unrelated to the injury, I'm super glad the Bills didn't draft him.

Wow. That is unbelievable. Just goes to show that the injury stuff that we don't find out about in the run-up to the draft is so important. What's wrong with the Bengals? Shades of Rex and Shaq Lawson!

Shame for him, but good thing they have Glenn to kick out to LT and Boling to play LG.

The scary thing is that this means any chance of Bobby Hart not playing RT are probably gone.

Lots of players hide injuries until being signed.

I don’t know about a torn labrum, though. The medicals are pretty thorough. Not saying they didn’t miss it, but I tend to doubt it.

If they drop the box off the truck, Amazon has a 3 day return policy.

That is awful.   I wish him the best.  Did it happen during practice or pre-existing?

i wonder if the Raiders took Oliver we would have drafted him.

Cincinnati announced today that rookie left tackle Jonah Williams had shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and is likely to miss the year. He was injured during a practice this month.

Beane the Witch working his voodoo once again. He knew Jonah was never an option. He had foreseen this.

Seriously though, just more proof to the competence of this front office and their vision. Truly refreshing.

There are certainly reasons that one may view the Bengals FO as incompetent but this isn’t one. They didn’t know he would get injured in OTAs. They have depth there but it sucks for them.
