Has the bills at 6.2 under, which is a lot better than most teams. Actually, they left off the decimal point so the bills are 62 million under the cap. Sweet.

Not likely. It appears to be a missing decimal point and all times he meant less than a million he stated actual number. It would have been better just to use actual figures rather than mixing format; it is much cleaner.

Ralphie and TD were spotted at the craps table in Sin City last weekend. Both left with a grin and a slight gleam in their soon-to-be malfuctioning eyes.

Unless I'm mistaken, only the top 53 players count towards the team's offical cap number. That could account for the difference.
