Big Turk Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 For those interested in scouting reports and seeing what's in them, here is the official Bills Scouting Report from their game against the NY Jets Oct 7th, 2001 https://www.footballxos.com/download/2001-buffalo-bills-def-scout-report-vs-jets-pdf/?wpdmdl=4534&refresh=5cfd56dbbfe931560106715 3
Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 Have you got one from the Miami game in December of 2016, the one that the Dolphins used to plan for the Bills? * ‘Head Coach will inexplicably be seen consulting multiple coloured pamphlets on the sideline. Originally thought to be playbooks, our scouts have discovered they are restaurant menus. A large, bearded and unkempt assistant coach is often seen grabbing these, and looking intently at them. Buffalo will occasionally field only ten players on defense, in order to confuse opposing offenses’. 7

Protocal69 Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Its funny cause the gameplan was basically to stop Curtis Martin and after 200 pages of game planning he still ran for 135 yards and 2 TD. How does a player not get totally dejected when you put in all the work for the week just to get a loss especially on a losing team year end year out. How do you not start to question if the coaching staff is competent enough to win.

The "keys to the game" were cringe-worthy. 1

BuffaloBill Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 On a serious note amongst some good laughs, the document shows why superior smarts along with superior athleticism are important in the NFL. There is a lot of information in that document. 1

Mickey Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Oh how pleasant it is to relive, in minute detail, the horrors of that bygone era. 1
MakeBuffaloGreatAgain Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 just like in comedy, timing is everything... great thread at the right time
DallasBillsFan1 Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Greggo was Head Coach and Rob Johnson was QB.

Just because you have a plan doesnt mean its going to work. The other player could just be good enough that it doesnt matter. Edited June 11, 2019 by matter2003
