I assume there's a BILLS bar there??

Never been there but when I visited Hong Kong & Tokyo, in the 70's, I swore that I wouldn't come back till there was a super sonic plane on the route.  6-7 hours is my limit on a plane. Back in the 70's it didn't seem so unattainable to wish for planes that flew faster and higher.  Now we have 737's that are grounded and they're the same basic design as the late 60's!

Definitely make sure you fly Singapore Airlines at least once. They have super top-notch service.

I will be flying there via Singapore Airlines from EWR which is still the longest direct flight in the world at just under 19 hrs.

Always wondered how many times you can get drunk and sober in a 19 hour plane ride?  Whatever the answer, I'll believe it because I'd never do that.

Make sure you get up and walk around every couple of hours on that flight.     And if your on the right hand side of the plane and by a window with a clear day, you should get a great view of the northwest passage.

Nice!  All business class.  Not a bad seat on the plane.

The Gardens By The Bay is a must - amazing tropical paradise.

Be sure to visit the bar on the roof of the iconic casino, Sands Marina Bay - check out the mall too - very high end stuff.  i tried on a $28,000 watch  ?

Club Street is a cacophony of bars and restaurants.  You'll need at least 2 nights there.

There is a traditional Asian mall too (Chinatown Street Market - lots of fun, bring cash and negotiate - don;t pay sticker for anything).

Super Jeally - Singapore is great.

Stay at one of the upscale hotels like the Shangri La if possible.

Singapore is a shopper's paradise; Orchard Road and adjacent streets.

Great restaurants, including some of the best seafood you'll get anywhere.

Evenings along the river in one of the areas where there are lots of outdoor restaurants and live music are the place to be.

The street food is excellent.

I like how Mr Info is asking for info...

All I've got is don't drink the water or drinks with ice cubes in them.

If you're willing to buy me the ticket, I'll hire a film crew and handle this documentary myself.............

Just "simulate" it for 19 hours at home.  If the pilots can train that way, why not?.
