cage Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 Has anyone seen a more informative explanation of the surgeries for Beasley and Morse and their timelines? Someone spent a lot of time coming up with that phrase as a way to say nothing...

Mr. WEO Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 There's no legit surgery known as "core muscle surgery".

Mrbojanglezs Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 that new training facility paying off already. So with the cryo tank does this mean they can recover 3x as fast now? 1 1
YoloinOhio Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 (edited) It’s sports hernia surgery. You can rehab and not have surgery but most opt for the surgery. Optimal recovery time is less than 2 months. Could be as long as 12 weeks. They both had it “a few weeks ago” which lines up with start of TC to be fully recovered. It has a 90% success rate of not re-occurring, and is very rarely anything chronic. This is the same surgery that Nick Bosa had in October. He would have been ready to play in December. TroutDog Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 Yup, hernia: I had it done last Wednesday and it’s no fun. Mine was abdominal. Getting up from sitting/laying feels like you’re being stabbed. Ugh.

Nextmanup Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 I assume they mean surgery on a muscle that is in his "core" or torso area. No?
