For those spinning that Joe yelling at voters is liked by others........

I think he should start using racial slurs next, he'd be unstoppable

I am sure these same people loving Biden's comments to the voter also love the way Trump talks to people.

I think Charles Cooke is one of the more levelheaded talking minds in politics. Like Ben Shapiro, he always does a nice job of taking frantic moments and giving them a landing strip for coherent discussion.

That said, he's pretty clear in this article that Biden's moment today is as truly bad as it seems, not just because he threatened to slap the dude, or told the woman to "shush," but because, in the end, he was "flatly wrong." Again.

Democrats should also be worried because, whatever the chorus of blue-check journalists who thrilled to the exchange might think, Biden was flatly wrong on the details here. Biden took offense at the idea that he was in favor of confiscation — “Don’t tell me that, pal,” he said. But what other conclusion are voters to draw from Biden’s having said that he would put Beto “hell yes, we’re coming for your AR-15” O’Rourke in charge of his gun policy? O’Rourke is now primarily famous for having taken the most extreme gun position any presidential candidate has taken in three decades, and Biden has willingly tied himself to him. Can he really be surprised that voters have put two and two together?

The rest of his answer was no better. What, I wonder, are Michiganders supposed to make of Biden’s commitment to the Second Amendment when, as decades of his rhetoric suggests, he believes that it protects the private ownership of shotguns for hunting? What are they to make of his seriousness on the issue when he talks about the evils of the “AR-14”; when he does not know which guns are presently banned under federal law and which are not; when he does not know the difference between a “machine gun” and a semi-automatic carbine; when he believes “you don’t need 100 rounds!” means . . . well, anything comprehensible at all; and when he approvingly cites the appalling (and overturned) decision in Schenck v. United States as if it makes the case for banning the most commonly owned rifle in America?

This was a bad exchange — not because it is likely to change much on its own, but because it illustrates some underlying truths about the electorate and about this candidate that do not portend well.

The Biden's and nepotism.....

During an interview on Fox News, Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) tried to criticize Hunter Biden for using his father to get ahead in the world,

even though everything he said could be applied to President Donald Trump’s kids.

Don Jr. Challenges Hunter Biden to Debate Over Who Has Profited Most From Father’s Time in Office

Donald Trump Jr. challenged Hunter Biden to a debate over which of them has financially benefited the most from their father’s time in public service.

You can't fix stupid

Cool debate ,  would Trump Jr. want Melania to challenge Stormy Daniels ($130K)  and Karen McDougal ($150K) to a debate.

@transplantbillsfan this represents a good and decent man engaging in debate on what of the hottest issues of our time?

He deserves no respect whatsoever for this outburst, for speaking condescendingly to his female associate, for butchering the model of the firearm that everyone else in America seems to know, and for his generally douchey behavior.

Interestingly, he also made a gun motion with his hand and repeatedly thrust it at the man.  Hysterical that they would send an elementary school student home for that but Joey GoopEye can do it and it earns him respect.

And threatened to slap the guy. Actually threatened to slap the guy.

I can't imagine the schittstorm you'd get if that were John McCain let alone Donald Trump.

But that's Joe bein' Joe, don't y'know. Rhetorical flourish. Nothing to see here.

Pressing the flesh with factory workers in Detroit today, Joe Biden was challenged on his Second Amendment views by a man in the crowd

(CNBC account here).

Here we see something of a throwback to the old Biden — the freedom with the facts, the logic chopping, the fake manliness, the bullying style.

Great work Democrats
