They definitely didn’t want Hockenson - the look of celebration when he went at 8 lol

They may have wanted him if Oliver was gone. Ed was def #1 on their board

I believe that their board was Oliver-Williams-Wilkins

I bet that it was Wilkins...they were looking DL. What if Josh Allen fell?

As in DT board or the board period?

Board period. As in that's who they liked at 9 once they got past 6.

Williams being Jonah.

Oliver is a good run defender and an elite interior pass rusher. Lawrence is a good run plugger. The value between those is totally different.

Not to mention we already have Star for that role. He and Oliver will be a good complimentary team inside.

Ah okay. Cheers Bandit. That is good info. My speculation had been Oliver - Allen - Hock.

Does anyone outside of the Bills really know?

Contrast the professionalism in this video with Cincinnati.. the Brown's eight scouts, including the daughter, leafing through PFF and Googling Kiper.

I can neither confirm nor deny I had wet eyes when Pancho announced the pick.

I watched the video again,  at the very beginning Beane says something along the lines of "Unless something changes with the Giants we are likely picking at 9 "

Anyone else hear something similar?
