Hes an interesting prospect, but he’s not on the level of guys like Shenault, Higgins, Jefferson, etc. he’s super underrated. I’d put him in the same class as those guys. If we could draft him in 4-6 rounds that would be a major steal. Quote

ghostwriter Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 (edited) 1. Laviska Shenault, WR, Colorado - Bills add a true #1 to groom behind John Brown. At 6’2 Buffalo adds a big bodied physical WR to the mix. Perfect fit for Allen, Shenault injects our WR stable with much needed talent. 2. Tristan Wirfs, RT, Iowa - Bills add a true RT, Ford goes into LG his natural position. 3. Travis Etienne, RB, Clemson - Bills add another potentially elite RB to pair with Devin Singletary. Etienne runs with a bit more power than Singletary but is still fast and elusive. 3. TRADE! Buffalo packages up both their 5ths to move up into the bottom of the 3rd round and select: Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State. Guidry is 6’4 and would give Allen a big target to throw to. He has very good speed for his size, I think he could add another big bodied WR to the group. Shenalt, Brown, Beasley, Guidry, McKenzie and Roberts is a pretty impressive group of wideouts. Re-sign DE Shaq Lawson to 3yrs $24m Sign DE Bud Dupree to 5yr $50m Look for a starting LB and CB in free agency. Edited January 8, 2020 by Sunshower 3 Quote

It's just because he doesn't have great athleticism, I agree with your assessments of where he'll be drafted and player better than his draft position. Quote

ALF Posted January 21, 2020 Posted January 21, 2020 (edited) Charlie Campbell mock draft at Walterfootball 22. Buffalo Bills: Tristan Wirfs, OT, Iowa The Bills could use more offensive line talent. Under head coach Kirk Ferentz, Iowa has produced a lot of good offensive line talent, so it was very noteworthy when Wirfs (6-5, 322) became the first true freshman to start at tackle under Ferentz. While being the regular starter on the right side in 2017, he did play left tackle in Iowa's bowl game to end his freshman campaign, but he was back at right tackle in 2018. Wirfs is a powerful right tackle who is a strong run blocker at the point of attack. He also has the quickness and athleticism to develop into a good pass protector. As a sophomore, he didn't allow a sack. Some NFL teams might consider moving Wirfs to left tackle. Also the Drafttek pick at 22 by Dean Kindig, Bills Analyst (Astro) Tristan Wirfs is the top RD1 pick on my BillsMafia War Chart, created from scout visits in 2019. A scout watched Wirfs in a shutout on 9/7, Beane and Schoen saw him in at the Michigan game 10/5 [Highlights], and 2 scouts returned two weeks later for Purdue. Edited January 21, 2020 by ALF 1 Quote

ghostwriter Posted January 23, 2020 Posted January 23, 2020 Free Agency Jordan Jenkins, DE/OLB 4yrs $44M AJ Green, WR, Cincinnati 2yrs $20M Bradley Roby, CB, HOU 4yrs $32M Draft There’s a run on WRs before we pick forcing Buffalo to trade down. Bills have some leeway here because we signed AJ Green. Round 1 Pick 31 (K.C.): Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin : Buffalo takes a power back to pair with Devin Singletary giving us the best 1-2 punch in the NFL. The NFL is gravitating towards being a running league again. Josh Allen is promising but could benefit from a good running attack behind him. Jonathan Taylor checks all boxes and gives us some thunder to pair with Singletary’s lightning. Round 2 Pick 22: Mekhi Becton, OT, Louisville How is this guy still here? He should go top 25. Becton is an imposing figure at 6’7 369lbs. You plug him in at RT and move Ford into guard. Round 2 Pick 32 (K.C.): Willie Gay, OLB, Mississippi State Dazzling LB. takes over for Zo and hugely upgrades that SLB spot. Fast, explosive and has pass rush ability. Willie Gay is the best OLB in the draft. Round 3 Pick 22: Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty Bills add an ultra talented big bodied WR to develop behind AJ Green. This is a deep WR class and Gandy is a potential starter in a few years. Round 3 Pick 31 (K.C.): Alton Robinson, DE/OLB, Syracuse Fast twitch DE. Explosive is an understatement. Needs to be developed more but as a raw specimen he is supremely talented. Round 4 Pick 22: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State Cornerback was a weak spot on that left side. Bills added Roby to pair with TreDavious White, Arnette acts as an insurance policy. Round 5 Pick 9: Khalil Davis, DT, Nebraska With Jordan Phillips set to test free agency, Khalil Davis comes in to fill that rotation. He had 8 sacks last year and has great size. Bills fill out the line and don’t miss a beat. Round 5 Pick 21: Pete Werner, OLB, Ohio State Bills add a rangy linebacker and special teams contributor. Bills struggled to stop the run so we turn to the draft to fill that need. Round 6 Pick 10: Stephen Guidry, WR, Mississippi State This is one of my late round sleepers. Projected as a 6th to priority free agent, there’s lots of value here. Guidry is 6’4 with good speed for his size, Between Green, Gandy and Guidry, Buffalo would boast three 6’4 WRs. Taking us from one of the shortest WR groups to one of the biggest ones. Round 6 Pick 22: Josh Uche, OLB, Michigan Josh Uche is my favorite sleeper. I have a 2nd round grade on him but everyone projects him as a 6th round pick. Super explosive and rangy. Between Gay, Werner and Uche, Buffalo finally has some depth behind Milano and Edmunds. A weak area now becomes a dominant focal point on our defense. Round 6 Pick 23: Dru Chrisman, P, Ohio State Why not take the best punter in the draft? Bojorquez has been abysmal. Bills could benefit from a more consistent punter, cue Dru Chrisman to fill that need. 1 Quote
