Ethan in Cleveland Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 I will go on record and say I would have gone OT. But I'm ok with Oliver. It will be interesting to see if they fielded any offers.

ExWNYer Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 Before the draft started, I had resigned myself to the fact that the Bills were getting a very nice 'consolation prize' in Jonah Williams. I am thrilled that Ed Oliver fell to them at 9. The first 8 picks couldn't have fallen much better in the Bills' favor with huge assists from the Raiduhs and G-men. Welcome to Buffalo, Ed! ? 2 1

I was already doing the old familiar thing of consoling myself ahead of time, setting myself up emotionally by talking myself into Jonah or Wilkins. So glad Ed Oliver fall. Still can't believe it. GRUDEN! 1 1

GottaRun Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 Nice to see someone that excited about coming to Buffalo.

It’s all about crushing the evil empire, one process draft pick at a time. Oliver is an instant disrupter. He will fill the void left by Kyle’s retirement, and he’ll make Brady cry. Plus, he seemed to fall in love with Buffalo during his visit. I had another player in mind, but never thought Oliver would fall to us. I’m totally psyched! 3 1
GreggTX Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 God bless the Raiders. I didn't expect Oliver to be there at 9. For a while I almost thought Allen would get to us! No matter. I'm very happy with this pick. 1

buffalobillswin Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 I honestly wanted him over Hockenson. I think he will make a more immediate impact and I am all in for the playoffs this year. This defense is going to be so scary 1
DRA3196 Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 I figured we would lose out on Hock to Detroit. I am ok with a premier talent in the entire draft falling in our lap. Welcome to Buffalo Mr. Oliver. Time to get to work.

Over 29 years of fanhood Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 HEY... lost in all the celebrations... gotta ask.... He’s playing 3 tech right?
Doc Posted April 26, 2019 Posted April 26, 2019 Houston misusing Oliver this past season was a boon for the Bills. Thanks Major! And thanks Raiders and Giants. 3
