Per year..still small to be running a school system i think..and more importantly...oh hell ya!

That’s still really low.  You should see what they get in ny. He’ll, I know a 1st grade teacher that was making in the low 90s.

That has to be $96k per year, no school is going to pay a Superintendent under $30,000 per year to run the district.

 

...and yes, I would.

That's the exception, not the rule, and that person must have had a master's (or doctorate) and about 30 years of experience.

she has a masters as far as i know, (i assume that because everyone in nys does...although maybe she taught before that was a requirement).  It's definitely not the norm, but there are some older teachers who are lingering around with nice salaries.
