Dopey Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 I'm good with this. Young and a decent receiver out of the backfield.
YoloinOhio Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 Probably will mix in and spell Shady on 3rd downs
Bill from NYC Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 Smart move!!! He is a very versatile player and will be an asset to this team if he stays healthy. 1
Wayne Cubed Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 Nice insurance in case they aren't able to grab one in the draft. Also lowers the overall age of the RB room.

FluffHead Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 (edited) People on this board seem to overrate him. Living in the area I watched and hear a lot about him in Jacksonville. He is decent as a receiver but that’s it. He was a massive disappointment here. That said, he got a multi year deal out of Beane, at a time he seems to be loving the one year deal Edited April 22, 2019 by FluffHead
TOboy Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 Nice depth move. Seems the writing may be on the wall for Murphy, especially if they use a pick on another RB. 1

Hmm..anyone else think Shadys days are numbered? 1
Buffalo_Stampede Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 (edited) Really like the signing, especially 2 years. There is upside. Edited April 22, 2019 by TheTruthHurts

YodaMan79 Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 (edited) Time to show MeSean the door. Way better in his own head than he currently is. Edited April 22, 2019 by YodaMan79 1

Buffalo_Stampede Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 (edited) I do feel like there are 1 too many RB's. I can see Shady on the move. I don't like high priced RBs. Edited April 22, 2019 by TheTruthHurts 1 1
TC in St. Louis Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 This could be a setup to put Shady back in Philly. They can probably leverage a 3rd round pick out of this, send Shady home, which would make him happy. And save several million dollars in cap space. They may draft a RB with the pick they get for Shady. 4

When the visit was reported, there was a lot of excitement and people saying how good he is. He hasn’t been good to this point. But I certainly will root for him and hope for the best
