Impeachment Boomerang:

The wheels are coming off the Russia Collusion Hoax train. JustTheNews.com is reporting that hundreds of documents now show that Former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch who testified to Congress that “she knew little beyond an initial briefing and press reports” about Burisma Holdings, had in fact been extensively briefed on the Ukranian energy company that paid Hunter Biden as much as $50,000 a month.

State Department memos obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show Yovanovitch’s embassy in Kiev, including the ambassador herself, was engaged in several discussions and meetings about Burisma as the gas firm scrambled during the 2016 election and transition to settle a long-running corruption investigation and polish its image before President Trump took office:

“The discussions about Burisma inside Yovanovitch’s embassy were so extensive, in fact, that they filled more than 160 pages of emails, memos and correspondence in fall 2016 alone, according to the State Department records obtained under FOIA by the conservative group Citizens United.”

Yovanovitch, you’ll remember, was the ambassador fired by President Trump over the hysterical keening of outfits who lauded her as a heroine. NBC — who seems to get fooled a lot these days — said “Yovanovitch’s testimony hewed very closely to what she’d told investigators in her closed-door testimony last month.” CNN said America “would see former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch as the national hero she is” and that her “testimony was powerful, credible and moving.”

It’s all coming apart, and this explains the former Obama Administration officials — including The Lightworker Himself — bellowing about the “rule of law.” It’s more projection. Heroes don’t lie under oath to Congress. Read the whole thing.

This could be in a lot of threads. Anyhooo the first comment called her "non-partisan." I am still laughing over that.

Judge in Roger Stone case orders Trump administration to turn over Ukraine emails

A federal judge overseeing the trial of President Trump's former confidante, Roger Stone, has ordered that the federal government turn over at least 20 emails related to the White House's order to halt military aid to Ukraine, which sparked impeachment proceedings against the president on Capitol Hill.

Law and Crime reported that Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in favor of a motion for summary judgement filed by The New York Times and ordered the White House to provide her with emails that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) previously refused to turn over, citing executive privilege.

“Specifically, the documents in this category are emails that reflect communications by either the President, the Vice President, or the President’s immediate advisors regarding Presidential decision-making about the scope, duration, and purpose of the hold on military assistance to Ukraine,” OMB Deputy General Counsel Heather Walsh said of the emails in court filings.

Berman Jackson reportedly said in her ruling that she would personally determine if the emails are protected by executive privilege, directing the Justice Department's attorneys to provide the documents before May 20.

And Trump got impeached for a Ukrainian call. <_<

I doubt our "press" covers this, they have smothered every bit of Obama administration corruption for 11+ years. Why would they start reporting now?

For those that want the Cliff notes:

Biden and Kerry are telling Ukrainian President Poroshenko that we will give you a $1B (that is billion, with a B) but we can only do it if you fire the current  chief investigator, Shokin, as he is "corrupt."

Shokin was investigating Burisma. <<--- That Business Insider article aged well. LOL  Trump and his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani have suggested, without evidence, that Biden improperly pressured Ukraine to fire a prosecutor who had at one point been investigating Burisma Holdings.

One clarifying note: They said Shokin is corrupt -- but admit they have no evidence or proof of his corruption
