Jairus Byrd shouldn't be anywhere on that list.  Got a bunch of fluke interceptions while he was out of position.

Steve Freeman was consistently good at FS, 12 years for us.

Byrd was terrible in New Orleans...

I think the person who put the list together should not have gone position specific(i.e. LT, RT, LDE, RDE, etc...)

Instead...

QB

RB

FB

WR

TE

OT

OG

OC

DE

DT

OLB

MLB

CB

S

Daryl Lamonica was our best QB ever and Robert James our best CB along with Butch Byrd.

Aaron Williams was OK, but all Bills? Not even close.

Lamonica may not have been ‘best QB ever’ for the Bills, but I bet his career would have been more noteworthy than the politician’s if Lamonica had remained a Bill.

And Aaron Williams as ‘all Bills’?  Might as well have said Anson Williams.  (You’re such a Potsie!)

Certainly Lamonica would have made some of the worst years in Bills history(67-72) better and more exciting.  It's sad that the Bills could not build on the AFL championship teams of the mid 60's, and instead went into a black hole for many years.  :(

As bad as we were at that time,we still had two rookie of the year winners.

Dennis Shaw and,of course,the"juice'.

This list, particularly at WR,  has serious flaws.  Frank Lewis was always the 2nd best receiver on his own team, behind Butler.  Not even close...  Where's Jerry?  Evans over Bob Chandler?  No!  McKenzie, Braxton, Tony Greene, Hasslett (an absolute animal with knack for timely big plays) to name a few more belong here.  Look, I get it.  The Super Bowl era was great, but I'm pretty sure that the 70's and 80's happened.  Having done those years...  ummm...  aggressively?  I may only remember preciously little of them, except for those Bills teams and The Dead's first set at The Aud in the fall of '81.  And I'm pretty sure those were real, approaching great things. I swear!  So sorry, Nothin Shakin' on this street without Reggie, Jerry and Bobby.

Big Ted Washington should be in the HOF much less this list-if you picked an all time NFL team and you have a 3-4 defense Ted Washington is the NT-it isn't even a discussion-at his best-and his best was a long time-the guy was the perfect NT.

Ive said the same thing many times. I think Ted is the best NT ever with Vince Wilfork being right there with him.

Players that were snubed at first glace

DT - Mount Washington - I'll take Teddy Mt Washington over any of these DTs any day of the week especially on Sunday's.

MLB- Chris Speilman- although Speilman didn't play long he was fun to watch as a Bill and was still a really good player.

CB - Antoine Winfield - AW was a lock down corner that can flip a TE with a big hit he was awesome.

WR - James Lofton -  Lofton is a Hof player should I say more.

It's just all over the map WRT BILLS career vs. overall career. Chris Spielman had a far better overall career than Shane Conlan, but only played with the Bills at the tail end of his career. That's fine, but then you take a guy like Mario over Phil Hansen. Mario had a better OVERALL career, but Hansen did more for the Bills.

You also omit James Lofton in favor of Lee Evans. While Evans may have been more productive for the Bills, the career comparison is not even close. On the flip side, you take Nate Odomes over Antoine Winfield. While Odomes may have had a more illustrious BILLS career, Winfield's overall career is VASTLY superior.

Whomever made that list needs to make a choice and stick with it!
