If I were Holder, the last thing I would want is to go under oath about anything, just out of fear of hearing the words "Now about Fast and Furious..."

It hasn't been the same since Paul Walker...

When you think of how truly boneheaded a mistake that was in so many different ways, it's absolutely awe-inspiring.  Almost Tibstastic.

Almost.  The difference being, you'll say "I ***** up," and not spend the next ten years being beat up for this while you try to defend it.

Interesting...

(Brennan. Clapper. Your names are being hinted at)

That grin says it all. Holy cow.

Horowitz is talking in circles and will be until the 12th.

Disgusting.

Remember, McCabe and Brennan both have had the opportunity to read the excerpts of the OIG report pertaining to them personally (and their attorneys). So McCabe leads with this:

The OIG report is going to crucify both men.

And it's going to be glorious.

Betting each one gets one or more criminal referrals from the OIG. Durham/Huber will have more.

has the head of the FBI or the CIA or a DNI, or an AG ever been indicted on serious charges?

Nope. It would be a first if it were to happen.

FBI and CIA heads are relatively new positions.  DNI even more so.

I'm surprised an AG never was, though.

Edit: we both forgot Petraeus, pled guilty to doing a Clinton during his time as director at CIA.

(Doing several Clintons: extramarital affair, mishandling classified info.  But not real estate fraud, witness tampering, money laundering, withholding information from Congress, or voter fraud.  Hell of a world we're in when "doing a Clinton" isn't specific enough. )

Aside from the Crowdstrike reference -- this is the biggest take away from today so far: Durham has been in contact already with the Ukraine.

...And NOW Nadler is saying Barr must recuse himself from the Ukraine investigation

Sorry, Jerry.
