Last time, we put the sign-up back up or let members take individual picks for teams that had multiple picks. Basically, wait and see I guess. I want everyone to have a chance. After the 8th pick do we just come in and request a particular player for a couple of hours and do a tally or after the 8th pick will there be a an actually poll with the 5-8 most likely candidates?
