Is this a theist only thread? I’d like to offer her my best wishes for expert doctor care and a speedy recovery, but I don’t think my thoughts are welcome here..

In a situation like this, it's all hands on deck. Kind of along the lines of the hardest place to find an atheist is in a foxhole? Let's be all-inclusive when it comes to our support for anyone in a similar situation--all help, no matter the source is welcome here!

Having had brain surgery 3/19/18, my surgeon used BrainLab.  Good examples on brainlab.com & the ever popular wikipedia.

They do an MRI & CAT scan to create a "map," feed data that into the BrainLab program, and it actually can guide the surgeon to find and remove the problem area.  Very hi-tech. abd I would say it works!

What's scary to me is the first physician "just rest, you're just (nervous) (anxious) (stressed)!"

Its tricky.  Physicians don't have x-ray vision.

Just a reminder to never take your health for granted.  Live your life as if ever day is your last...just save enough to pay your monthly bills.  :)

I owe so much, I should have a large funeral.  A lot of creditors will be sad to see me go.
