I can recite every line from Seinfeld and I've never once heard anyone consider it offensive. Perhaps the millennials you speak of aren't offended by the show, but Kramer's post show meltdown. I think most people are astute enough to draw a distinction between humor and intentionally offensive. Context is everything. I've noted that resemblance for years. I call Tomlin Epps on occasion. It's not that any of this is offensive. It's just a bizarre thread. Our former GM resembles some actor. I don't know how that's relevant to the Buffalo Bills. Right. It's not entirely relevant, and the thread as a whole IS a bit bizarre. It's also a fair comparison to see the dude in sunglasses and think, "Doug whaley!?" My post was indirect proof of my point.

Now, if you have an issue with that, feel free to reply. Tell me, besides those comparisons, how do they look alike? Cause I don't see it. I've already apologized for overreacting. So tell me now how I'm not being informative. Doug Whaley and Jussie Smollet only look similar with sun glasses on and skin tone. School me.... 1

Here's a few off the tip of my head: After the hire of Rex, he equated, in an overly fawning way, finding Rex to finding the right spouse to marry. He told, on video, a group of ticket holders that EJ Manuel had "the It Factor".. He claimed he had no idea Rex was about to get fired....or that he even knew that Rex was on the hot seat!! This gem, from our sainted Fred Jackson: “There’s only one person in that organization that I haven’t gotten honesty from, and that was [Whaley],” Total fraud who accepted all the glory (what little there was anyway) and played dumb for all the blame. With Seinfeld, that change in enjoyability may be even greater due to the '90s comedy's frequent pushing of boundaries. The titular star of the show, Jerry Seinfeld, has frequently spoken publicly about believing that society has become overly politically correct, so you can probably imagine how some of Seinfeld's non-PC humor could feel outdated today. These 13 jokes from Seinfeld are super offensive now, and it will make you realize how much times have changed — well, hopefully, at least. Quote The debates over comedy's job to "push the limits" and make people uncomfortable may only be getting started, what with former superstars like Louis C.K. earning public rebukes for making inappropriate, non-PC jokes in his new stand-up set. Hopefully most people can agree that comedy, even "edgy" comedy, doesn't need to alienate marginalized groups in order to make people laugh, though. Thanks to more modern understandings of what political correctness entails — and why being PC is important — it's less common these days to find jokes like the offensive ones that often played out on Seinfeld. Here are some of the show's worst offenses. Here is the worst offender, according to offended SJW's. The perpetually offended virtue signalers are doing a good job of ruining comedy along with movies and video games. Edited March 28, 2019 by stosh64 2

Bill Maher was banned from college campuses so it cuts both ways. At any rate, comedy is supposed to push the boundaries so any form of censorship is a disgrace. Let people say whatever they dang well please. That very FIRST amendment is my favorite. I'll leave it at that as far as this topic is concerned. 1

I'll leave it at that as far as this topic is concerned. I'll go as far as I get some of the outrage, as there seems to be a lot of hate around now. Not that it wasn't there before, but it feels more prevalent and out there than it has been in a long time and that is not right at all. You are entirely correct that comedy is supposed to push the boundaries, but that is being lost or for some reason lumped in with the crap out there. Edited March 28, 2019 by Reed83HOF 1
