C.Biscuit97 Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I still don’t get paying old rbs $3 million / season. Who is bidding against us for Ivory and Gore? And Ivory had some nice moments. still, I’d always go with the young, cheap rb with upside. 1

Rocky Landing Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I love what they've done in FA, but replacing Ivory with Gore is a head scratcher.

He was inactive for every game after the bye week last year. He was originally signed because he knew Coach Castillo's blocking scheme..

TigerJ Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 That almost guarantees they'll draft a running back, just not in the first round.

That's No Moon Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 FWIW, Isaiah Crowell is available and I like him better than Ivory anyway. He's only 26 so he might be too young, but if he doesn't have a deal by the draft he will be extraordinarily cheap to get.

Buff76ers Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I actually don't care. Ivory wasn't gonna see a ton of snaps anyways so why not save the money. Murphy is gonna be good and can be a serviceable 3rd RB. I also think that McCoy could have had a 1000 yards if we had a decent line. I think you can book a RB in round 2-3 just my opinion.

Your right- 30 is that magic number. Somehow Gore has defied the odds- I wouldnt be surprised at all if he ran into the brick wall this season.
