WMDman Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I thought he had a decent run with us, wish him the best wherever he signs next, unless he plays the Bills! 11
Buffalo Barbarian Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 God guy, gave good effort, wish him all the best. 10
Wo-Bah Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 Man, our backfield is ancient. I don't like it. I liked Chris Ivory. I imagine trying to tackle him, would've been like trying to talk a boulder rolling down a mountain at full speed. 1 1
atlbillsfan1975 Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 Expected. Also opens the door for the young back to make the team. 4
JoPar_v2 Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 Not unexpected. Let’s go get one or two young guys in the draft (any round but the 1st.) 2
JoeF Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 (edited) I fear that Vladimir (Putin) Ducasse and Russell (Jethro) Bodine are to be shown the door next..... From Over the Cap $2.15 Million in cap savings from Ivory $2.3 Million from Bodine $2 Million from Vlad Edited March 26, 2019 by JoeF 2
MiltonWaddams Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 (edited) I liked Ivory, but you cannot Be surprised as his skill set is quite redundant with Gore. Absolutely wish him the best in everything he does in the future, except when he’s playing the Bills. Edited March 26, 2019 by MiltonWaddams 2

I liked Ivory too, but I'm not sure keeping him was the solution for an ancient backfield. McCoy/Gore/rookie and one of the other guys sounds just fine. 2
GETTOTHE50 Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 sad. i liked seeing him run. easy player to cheer for. plus, some of my favorite josh allen plays were with ivory. 2
#34fan Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 They needed to let go of at least one of these 30+ year olds… I hope they address this in the draft... TRAVIS HOMER!
Forward Progress Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 The timing feels like it was to give Ivory his best chance to catch on with another team. I've heard Beane talk about the importance of ending on good terms with departing players. This may be another case of this here. 4
ProcessAccepted Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 I liked Ivory but I'm happy to see this move and what I hope it signals. Now Mr Beane go draft us Thurman 2.0 2
NewEra Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 Thanks for your effort Mr Ivory. Sad to see him go, but it makes sense. There are several RBs in this year’s draft of like to grab in rds 3-5 1
