Juice_32 Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 I love this kid and think he’s going to be special. If he’s there in the 3rd, grab him. Maybe even move back into the late 2nd for him. 2
BuffAlone Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 He's very shifty, but he's gonna struggle to get the edge against faster LB'ers at the next level. JMO 1 1

JMO Agree, I really like his style of play and elusiveness and good vision but speed is lacking. Still think he’s gonna be pretty good
DJB Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 In 5th? Sure. Picked higher than that will be a mistake.

If he’s drafted in the 4th and becomes a good starter for the next 4 years it’s a good pickup. Regardless of when he’s picked, he’ll be the same player 3 1
MJS Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 McCoy ran a 4.45 at the combine, so he's both quick AND fast (or at least he was). They have some elusiveness in common, but McCoy had that breakaway speed that this kid does not.
Logic Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 I believe one part of the plan of having "the ageless duo"/Medicare Express backfield this year is pairing them with a young running back who can soak up their work habits and learn from the best. Singletary looks just like a young Shady to me. I don't care one bit that he didn't test well at the combine. 2
hemma Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 Good balance and vision but a not a blur. Style reminds me more of Joique Bell than Shady. 2

JMO I agree with you. Some think he will be going in the second round. I'm more in the late third or early fourth round. His lack of speed has me concerned but I do like the way he plays. 1

OldTimer1960 Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 His lack of size and speed is a concern, but man is he shifty! I’m not sure that I could pull the trigger on him in early round 2. I’d be leery in the early 3rd as well, but could see why someone would take him.

Hes also best suited for a zone scheme and although we dont know for sure it appears we are going to be running a power blocking system. . 1 hour ago, Johnny Hammersticks said: I like the kid from Penn State. Yup bang on. Miles Sanders to me is easily a top 2 back in this draft.
dezertbill Posted March 23, 2019 Posted March 23, 2019 It's a no brainer that Bills are going RB in rounds 2-4. That's why they were comfortable signing Gore. It's also why they didn't bring in a guy like Tevin Coleman, who is 25. BB want's his own Thurman Thomas. 1
