He was just skipping a few steps. First President Nancy will appoint Hillary as her VP, then immediately resign, thus giving the White House to Hillary for life!

There are two sets of rules, one for the evil, nasty, vile, Republicans, and one for the pure, virtuous, innocent, Democrats.

Ha! If Hillary tries skipping a few steps or even climbing a few at her inauguration then I think we'll be looking for a new president. Wouldn't it be Michael Avenatti's turn?

No, that's not the order of succession. Nancy Pelosi is next in line.

Judging by the Democrat rhetoric over the last two years, what makes you think they would follow the procedures outlined in the Constitution?

Trump is impeached because Shut Up!.  Then something something Pence magically goes away.

Hiliary becomes President

Merrick Garland moves into Neil Gorsuch's office

Brett Kavanaugh is led away in shackles, tarred, feathered, and put into a stockade for SJW to throw tomoatos at

The last two years are declared a Do Over, Thomas Jefferson and George Washington are TNT'd off Mount Rushmore and Replaced with Barack Obama and Karl Marx

Avenatti will be occupied in other pursuits for 25-40 years

If there were any doubters left about the honesty of the establishment media - they should be paying very close attention.

It's sad.

(some of the interview this morning)

That was a barn burner!  Everyone involved in this thread in any way should watch it.

So, my Cliff notes and questions:

"Couldn't send these over without an AG in place"

So Sleepy Sessions wouldn't do anything? Or, they needed Mueller to be finished and a new AG in place? (A bit confusing to me)

5 straight up referrals (lying, leaking, misleading Congress for the sole purpose of investigating the Congressional investigation)

3 complicated ones - conspiracy (which could be up to 2 dozen people):
1 - FISA abuse and other matters
1 - manipulation of intelligence
1 - global leak referral (a dozen highly sensitive information given to only a few (2-3) reporters - he mentions later that there could be several people)

They do not know if the DOJ has more referrals.

The "travesty of General Flynn".

Explains what criminal referral means. All that Congress does is investigate, they do not have the power to arrest or convict. (Isn't there a jail cell in the basement of Congress though?)

They have to take these referrals to the Department of Justice to take this up. "It gets more complicated because you have the top officials in the Department of Justice and the FBI that are likely involved in the referrals that we are going to make."

He does mention Strzok and Page later in the interview. He also mentioned whistleblowers were involved in this investigation.

Many of the people on the Mueller team were part of the conspiracy. "You have the deputy on the team and another top lawyer both involved in the chain of custody of the Steele dossier." (Is the "deputy" Andrew Weissmann?) He said it is "impossible" that those two attorneys did not know that the Steele dossier was dirt coming from the Democrats.

Sessions soiled himself with his recusal. If he were not removed, imagine how the Dems would howl if Mueller were giving their findings to Sessions to write the report.

He didn't mention Weissmann by name, but I'm pretty sure that's one of the two he was thinking of.

I hope Schiff gets served and I hope Flynn gets cleared. Mueller's team went hard after the facts and in the end there were no facts to support collusion or obstruction.

I.e., NO COLLUSION!!!

 Good summary.

My take on the bolded:

It's important to remember, because it's rarely if ever discussed in the media, that Sessions was under active FISA surveillance himself as a member of the Trump transition team and campaign team. They had him on one hop from the Carter Page FISA. That's really what's at the center of Session's decision to recuse himself. What Nunes is implying here is that had he given Sessions the referrals, the information within them (which are classified in some spots as he said) would have either been leaked or disarmed before the DOJ could/would take action.

Sessions was a place holder. His job was to generate and protect/insulate Huber/Horowitz's investigations which were running on parallel tracks to the SCO. He set it all up - with Whitaker's help and ECW's help - and then stepped away for optics. As you said, anything Sessions generated would be deemed partisan CYA stuff. They're already trying that gambit with Barr ("He's a politically appointed AG!" ... uh, they all are) - it would be ten times worse had Sessions remained in place.

Or Whitaker.

Moves like this by Nunes, his decision to delay until Barr and until after Mueller submitted his report, shows (to me) just how well planned and choreographed this roll out has been by the counterintelligence group working behind the scenes.

Absolutely, re Sessions and Weissman.

Flynn will be exonerated, still very confident in that.

There is. It's just buried under the mandatory redactions, because Barr is Trump's "hand picked" "fixer" who is "pouncing" on stuff. There's even anonymous sources citing unnamed methods that heard about it 4th hand from someone with knowledge that says so!

I heard it's pretty serious!
