After last year’s run on QBs in last year’s draft and several teams this year with QB needs I would not be the least bit surprised if as many as 4 QBs are taken before the Bills pick at #9.

If there’s any truth to the Cardinals taking Murray with the 1st overall pick then I could see the Giants and the Raiders jumping on Haskins. Don’t kid yourself, Gruden has always been QB happy. He likes to collect them like I use to collect match box cars when I was a kid. Here’s a guy that traded us a 5th rder for McCarron. To take it further he still has Peterman on the roster!

Denver/Elway has been heavily linked to Lock for quite some time now. Once there’s a couple of QBs taken in the first few picks don’t be surprise to see an avalanche on the last 1 or 2 QBs to be taken earlier then expected. Elway trades up just to insure that he gets his man.

The 4th potential QB that could be Duke’s Daniel Jones. The Bengals pick at #11 and it’s no secret that the Dolphins are in the QB market as well and they pick at #13. One of them might want to make sure that the other doesn’t beat them for  a QB. Jones has been tutored by David Cutcliffe and Cutcliffe has raved about the 3 year starter. For those who don’t realize who he is he is the guy that mentored both Mannings, Heath Shuler and others. They call him the QB whisperer.

I hope that all of this happens, it will create a great player slide and we just might be in position to grab someone that we never thought would be possible.

While I hope this happens, I don't think the QB class is as highly rated as last year's.

I'm just hoping that the Jets don't get their hands on one of the two premier pass rushers (Bosa or Allen).

As someone stated on here previously his thoughts on the Jets,

"I hate them"

Haha

I think they come away w Quinnen Williams, stud defensive players seem to fall to those jerkoffs every year.

Well they are picking at 3, so they are by default going to get a highly skilled player. For some reason, an pass rush specialist scares me more than a DT. Edge rushers is a more highly rated position.

Are you asking a question?

I dont see how it can be answered as the events in question have yet to happen.

where do you find the time?

I can’t see 4 going top 10. I think we’ll get the 2 everyone expects but I don’t think any of the teams are that desperate that they have to jump. Even with some of those teams having bad quarterbacks I think they’re more positioning for next year to be able to draft the top quarterback available

One of those teams will get Rosen if the Cardinals do indeed take Kyler.  If Kyler goes first, and Haskins shortly after, I can see people panicking to trade up for Drew Lock.  And if Lock goes before us, I can see tulip mania happening and some team trading up for Daniel Jones.  Teams get crazy trying to find the right QB

Murray for sure. Beyond that, I'm not so sure. I think Oakland goes with Carr and waits for next year's draft. Someone will trade for Rosen if Arizona goes with Murray. I think he has more upside than Jones and Lock.

Would be awesome if you’re correct, just put the chances of that happening at 0.003%

The more qb's before 9 the merrier. I just barely see 2. Dolphins are full tank mode, I bet they don't take one in the 1st round this year.

Washington seems like a team that would move up yet how far do they have to go? As to me the only three teams in Round 1 I see needing a QB are the Giants, Dolphins and Redskins. Oakland could take someone but not sure it be at #4, Denver and New England could too.

I’d bet 2 QB’s go before 9, which means we will get one of the top 7 players at other positions (barring a trade back). That is VERY exciting! I trust these guys more than previous regimes to get it right. Rex can’t bully his way into a pick this year.

Lock really isn't at the 'go crazy for' level at this point in his development from what I can see.

Plus Murray and Haskins would likely be picked as the 4th and 6th Qb's in last year's draft, for perspective.

I suppose you never know though still...

well for months it's been believed Denver will select Lock.  Lock had a great combine, 6'4 cannon arm, etc.   Lock meets with Denver tomorrow.   The whole world knows Denver is interested in Lock at pick 10.  So let's say Kyler goes 1, and Gmen select Haskins(who also impressed) at 6.  If another team is interested in Lock, they must jump Denver at picks 7, 8, or 9.  We are sitting in an action spot. Some team will have to pay a premium to jump Denver

Murray, and possibly Haskins.  If Lock goes top 10, I'll be pleasantly surprised.   I just haven't heard that much buzz about Daniel Jones.  I'd be shocked if he goes that high.  I think it's likely 4 QBs go in round one, but last year was a unique combination of quality and need.  this year, as almost every year, there is some need, but the quality is suspect.
