We have enough little speedsters. Draft our future star WR whoever it is. Brown, Campbell, Samuel, Butler, Sills, etc. are all better options than a one year rental in his twilight.
ProcessYaDigg Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Not gonna happen. He'll end up back in GB. He's insufficient without Aaron Rodgers
Buffalo03 Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 I wouldn't mind bringing him in on a one year deal. Good lockerroom guy to have. Obviously not what he once was but just two seasons ago he was still Aaron Rodgers favorite target. Why not?
LABILLBACKER Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Oh God no. 34 in May, pass....his glory Packer years are over.

I like the person but not the player.

We just added some weapons and have the draft to go there’s zero reason to rush out and sign a guy who is at best 4th receiver on the team. Yeah I said it, he’d be lucky to beat out Zay for the 4th spot I agree that he has lost a little but he is still a good route runner, has good hands and seems to settle into open gaps in the defense. He is easily better than Zay Jones even if he has slowed down a little bit.

GreggTX Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Older than dirt, but he can still play at a fairly high level. 1 year deal? I'd rather have him than Ansah.

947 Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 He had clearly lost a step last year, got very little separation, probably only getting slower. He'd be a better attitude/hands version of Kelvin Benjamin in our offense.
dgrochester55 Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Before last week I would have said yes, but Brown and Beasley took care of the needed veteran presence. Foster, Brown, Beasley, Jones, Mackenzie plus whoever is drafted is a good group to come into the season with.
