thunderingsquid Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Ben Solak of the Draft Network makes a really compelling case for Taylor below. Imagine locking up OL starters and depth to protect our most important asset and to give him time to sling it. 9. Bills Jawaan Taylor OT, Florida Ty Nsekhe and LaAdrian Waddle were both added in free agency. Young Dion Dawkins is still penciled in at left tackle. Things are looking good in the OT room for the Bills. But it's important to look beyond. Nsekhe's only on a two-year deal; Waddle only has one-year on his contract. With Nsekhe already at 33 years old, the Bills' short-term future is secure at OT, but their long-term future isn't. Because the short-term future is secure, they could go to a different position at 9 overall. Defensive tackle was mighty tempting. But Taylor is an elite talent that they would have love to see fall to them if they hadn't landed Nsekhe, and he'll slide in as their RT of the future. Remember, 10 picks for Buffalo in this Draft. They have flexibility. Link: https://thedraftnetwork.com/articles/solak-mock-draft-6.0

Pete Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 in doing these mock drafts it seems like to me it's deep at TE(good TE's through round 5), LB(solid thru 5),RB(thru 5 again) OL(thru 4). I put our needs 1-DT, TE 2-OT 3-Edge 4-LB 5-S 6-CB 7-WR,RB. Therefore I would figure which round I could wait to draft a TE, and try and draft DT and OT first 1
Dr.Mantis_Toboggan Posted March 19, 2019 Posted March 19, 2019 So there no chance Josh Allen falls to 9??? I can’t be the only guy hoping we draft a Josh Allen in the top 10 in consecutive years. 1
