I did a bunch of draft simulators using, https://thedraftnetwork.com/mock-draft-machine and found that the value at the top of the draft is on Defense. We can get a pass rusher like Motez Sweat and hopefully all is good with Simmons and he is a available in the second. He could be a huge steal.

I'd rather take Hock. I think there are better WR's in this draft. Metcaf is not as skilled as Megatron, IMO, and did not dominate the same way Megatron did in college. Williams at #9 would be insane. Sometimes I wonder if fanspeak is just messing with people. I did a draft, Williams was there at 9, and I exited and did it over.
