BrycePaup4ever Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 The boston college tackle at 9 is good as well name slipped my mind.
BrycePaup4ever Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Chris Lindstrom but he is a guard. Kaleb wilson at tight end in rd 2.
Kwai San Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 (edited) I like the first 2.....maybe a DL guy for #3.... RB's are a dime a dozen behind a decent O-Line...picking one in the 3rd....not my cup o joe.... Edited March 14, 2019 by Kwai San

NewEra Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 I’d rather have Taylor or Dilliard over Williams. I’ld be ok with Smith, not a fan of his height for a TE. Montgomery is ok. Prefer others, but we could do worse 1

yungmack Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 After all the FA signings, the most glaring area of need is LB. I believe they'll draft at least two. No one here seems to be picking any. 1 1
Johnny Hammersticks Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 Not a fan of Jonah Williams. If we stay at 9 we are likely going DT/edge. JMO 6
White Linen Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 I'm still for spending the 1st and 2nd Rd picks on offense. In particular I want offensive weapons but if there's a lineman there and we're not completely set after free agency - then I'm good with it. I think it's time to take advantage of this draft to make the offense a problem - not just a better. McD is a talented defensive coach and he needs to make it happen without significant additions to what he's got. 1

So if Ed Oliver is on the board at 9, along with Metcalf and Hockinson, would you still pick one of the offensive guys? I only ask because I can't see any way Oliver isn't the BPA at that pick. It wasn't long ago he was projected to go 1 or 2 overall, and I actually was excited to have a shot to grab him early this season when we were getting blown out weekly. I think Metcalf and Hock are both good players, I think I just have a draft crush on Oliver and would be ecstatic if we landed him. 2

Baba Booey Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 If we stay at nine, it will be Ed Oliver or Christian Wilkins. My dark horse though is Devin White. That would be a nice young lb Corp. 1
ALF Posted March 14, 2019 Posted March 14, 2019 (edited) From walterfootball 9. Buffalo Bills: Ed Oliver, DT, Houston The Bills are desperate for offensive play-makers and blockers, but I can't imagine them passing up on Ed Oliver if he's available. With Kyle Williams retired, Buffalo needs a dominant presence in the interior of the defensive line, and Oliver can provide that. Oliver was a highly productive defensive lineman for Houston, recording a ridiculous 22.5 TFLs as a freshman. He was a monster this season before getting hurt and once projected to be a top-five pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. http://walterfootball.com/draft2019.php If a high rated OT is there at 9 , Taylor, I still take him so far 11. Cincinnati Bengals: Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida The Bengals wanted to spend two early picks on offensive linemen in last year's draft. They managed to snag only one last year in Billy Price. They'd love to obtain the top tackle in the 2019 NFL Draft at No. 11 overall. Jawaan Taylor has some great feet for his size (6-5, 340) and likely will be the first tackle off the board.
