There is no reason to believe Foster cant develop into a top flight target. I wouldnt go as far as saying a true number one, but the kid can absolutely be a lot like Torrey Smith was early in his career.

I have a feeling that he is going to turn into a true surprise number one receiver.

It could happen. Who knows? I wouldn't discount it but I'm not saying it'll happen either.

He pretty much showed he's a #1 after his return to the 53-man roster.  The recent additions will only help him more.

He showed a lot but he really struggled vs Gilmore in the second pats game (along with everyone). He’s a work in progress but has a lot of potential.

looking forward to seeing how the new group meshes and also if the newly promoted WR coach has an impact.

He didn’t struggle against Gilmore. He had 4 catches for 52 yards and just missed-out on snagging a long TD. And that was an unpolished rookie against a 7th year all-pro CB.
