Definitely possible to make a splash move, have the draft, let the above-mentioned go, sign draft picks, and still have $10M left for in-season moves Without being too difficult (and lazy) do you have a rough estimate of what 2020 will look like then? I would think that the Bills are still in a good position.

Assuming no cuts and a $10M cap increase, and accounting for 2019 draft picks, before any additional moves you're probably looking at $80M in space heading into 2020 1 1 1

Logic Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 I have to think the Bills are MOSTLY done spending. They'll likely add a couple more cheap, complimentary depth pieces, but that's about it. The ONLY thing I can see throwing a wrench in the works is if they decide to spend big on a pass rusher, either Ziggy Ansah or via a trade.

Good question. They really don't have too many players to re-sign in 2020. They could extend Tre White, though he'd have 1 year on his contract AND a team-option year for 2021. Milano, Poyer, and Dawkins will head into 2020 on the final years of their deals, so they could be candidates as well. I suppose you could look at Jerry Hughes and Jordan Phillips too if you really wanted to...so I guess I say all of that to say that I expect a few big signings in 2020. Obviously things will change, but all of the tagged pass rushers like Lawrence/Clowney/Clark could be available. There's also guys like AJ Green and Bobby Wagner.
