nobody Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 Another Florida story? And the sharks are circling as well. Can't we just give FL to cuba or something? Did you bring up this story to have a gun control debate?
KRC Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 "Looking back on it, I would have liked to have done it differently," Circuit Judge Richard Graham said." Gee, ya think?
John Adams Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 Gee, ya think? 291272 Another tough job. We obviously don't know much about the case, but considering how many restraining orders get brought before judges, the judges are often rightly skeptical. Court Ordering where someone can and cannot be is pretty serious.

Court Ordering where someone can and cannot be is pretty serious. 291277 I don't think that a guy who had murder in his heart would've cared too awful much about a restraining order anyway. Of course, I'm a natural skeptic. This is just another dose of: "The justice system/police are under no liability to protect you." There will be no financial restitution to this surviving child for this mistake (and I'm not advocating that).
/dev/null Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 Another Florida story? And the sharks are circling as well. 291268 Florida hasn't seen this many sharks since all those lawyers swarmed after the 2000 election
