100DollarBills Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 High priced talent or multiple subpar talent?
MAJBobby Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 I notice you Dont mention the OTHER players that singing a Bell or AB cost like MAYBE Morse? 4
100DollarBills Posted March 12, 2019 Author Posted March 12, 2019 Multiple average players is why we are perpetually 7-9 or 9-7
RyanC883 Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Morse over any of them. Just now, 100DollarBills said: Multiple average players is why we are perpetually 7-9 or 9-7 Morse has not allowed a sack since 2015. Not average. 1

Mark80 Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 (edited) The best teams get their elite talent via the draft and retain them. They don't pay an extra 50% on guys because they are paying the FA premium rates. And, curious, what happens when the team invests all that money on elite talent FAs and then they get hurt and you couldn't afford proper depth? Short answer, you are screwed. So you think giving a RB, QB money is a smart Idea? When you have UDFA's being in the top 10 of RBs with only 192 attempts? Edited March 12, 2019 by MAJBobby 1

ddaryl Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 high price talent don't work out many times. I prefer 2nd tier FA's..... if 2 out of 3 pan out that's better than rolling the dice on just one top FA
whatdrought Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 Steelers vs. Rams. Steelers for years had this talent that you're crying about and couldn't make it to the big dance. Rams built a team of good players without any superstars (Kupp, Woods, Cooks) and made it to the superbowl (coincidentally, the argument could be made that they lost because their "talent" (Gurley) let them down.) 1

Heitz Posted March 12, 2019 Posted March 12, 2019 The original question in this thread perfectly sums up the thought process of lot of Bills fans on TBD ?
