Brown had 700 yards receiving in the no-pass Ravens offense.

To be fair I believe the majority of those yards were complied before Jackson took over.

FWIW, quoting ESPN:

"Brown, 28, showed flashes of being one of the best deep threats in the NFL in his only season with the Baltimore Ravens. Brown, Mike Evans and Tyreek Hill were the only receivers in the league to produce at least 700 yards receiving, five touchdown catches and an average of 17 yards per catch."

This is a terrific signing and an indication that perhaps the Bills are more favorably viewed as they were last offseason. I'm in.

Well Tyrod was traded on the 9th, and the only QB under contract at this time last year was Peterman.  What WR would want to go to that team?

What a difference a quarterback who can throw 70 yards can make.

Or they paid him a lot more than anyone else was offering.  Let’s not overthink this.  He got completely overpaid.

And i like him as a player for the most part.  But I hope they are planning on getting some size in the draft.

Eh.  Couldn’t get it done in Baltimore and they were quick to move on. And that’s with Flacco,  not Jackson.

I just don’t see the need with who we already have.

Ummm he was getting it done in Baltimore before Lamar came in ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️

This team is a lot better today than they were on Sunday.  We got us a bona fide center, a talented TE, a Hall of Fame old mofo RB, a quick slot guy.....what else?  Get Ziggy in here, maybe another veteran OL, and get your popcorn ready.

Yeah that's not correct. He was doing fine w/ Flacco (and sharing a lot of targets with Crabtree too)

Devin Funchess just signed a contract worth up to $13 million for this year....I think I'd rather take John Brown than Funchess any day of the week...gotta pay to play...teams have money and they are spending it.

I won’t have paid either of them that money.  Love the Beasley signing though.

I like this signing a lot less than Cole Beasley. Are we sure Brown can get open, or catch for that matter? Dude seems to have a lot of issues hanging onto the football. I get he's fast and right now Foster is the only vertical threat, but this seems like a lot of money for a guy who might not even be a top 4 wideout.

Have we ever had a free agency period where we made so many logical impact acquisitions?

It's almost like there's a process or something.
