So is it accurate (based on reports) to say it's down to the Jets, Texans, and Bills? Or am I missing somebody?

Who knows today. Everytime you turn around someone has another team interested or backing out. The only consistent has been that it's likely Ravens or Jets

Pretty sure that had more to do with the position and perceived value of the positions. RB’s are considered a dime a dozen while WR is highly paid and sought after. If the roles were reversed and Antonio Brown sat out a year and hit free agency he would still be highly paid. If Le’Veon Bell forced his way out of Pitt by bashing everyone he still would have been struggling to find a suitor.
