TOboy Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 That's a LOT of money for a safety. Is Poyer up for a new deal next season?
Aussie Joe Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 Money is way over the top.. Redskins make some surprising ( to put it politely) deals
gonzo1105 Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 These are the types of deals that make you look good but in 2 years your like wtf was our GM doing. Collins is massively overrated. Redskins still spinning them wheels 1
Mc1320 Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 The only reason to go to DC is the money. Owner and front office are completely dysfunctional and QB situation with Smith’s injury and guaranteed money he is owed is a total mess
Dablitzkrieg Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 This deal is more than stupid. It is insane. That team is going nowhere fast.

VirginiaMike Posted March 11, 2019 Posted March 11, 2019 In Danny's mind he's trying to find the next Sean Taylor. They have very little cap room and this will use it up. They need a safety, but not at this price.

He has very little cap money and many needs, and no GM. But since it'll make a bit of a splash, it works for him. With the Bills, it's the culture; with DC it's the perpetual madness.
JerseyBills Posted March 11, 2019 Author Posted March 11, 2019 Crazy contract , it's a passing league, Landon is a liability in coverage . Hyde/Poyer combined don't even make that much and I'd take either over Landon ,at Least for this scheme
