He is a rotational pass rusher, if you're counting on him to be your starter he'll be a disappointment like in Jacksonville. He's a best fit as a rotational pass rusher, I'd be all for this pickup as long as the Bills still bolstered the pass rush at the draft or still in FA imo.

Ok new numbers now.  so it is 10M per year, not 10M total

Yeah he went from a SB champion in Denver to a terrible team in Jax who was on a spending spree and he cashed in big time. Jax had one good season in his time there but he may just prefer to pick his spot and money is secondary.
