The Globealso reports that Easterby was one of the most important executives in the building and had worked his way into Bill Belichick’s inner circle. In 2018, Patriots.com described Easterby as “The most influential Patriot you’ve never heard of.” McDermott aware this guy is available?? Edited March 1, 2019 by YoloinOhio

YoloinOhio Posted March 1, 2019 Author Posted March 1, 2019 Per the report, he was upset about the Kraft thing 2
Freddie's Dead Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 He coached them how to cheat while fronting "character". 2

Never NEVER Give-up Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Hmmm, not hearing much out of Boston these days. With the Patriot Way taking on a whole new meaning, maybe Kraft did us all a favor by tamping-down the noise back east!
buffaloboyinATL Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Wow. Either he was REALLY bad at his job, or they would actually have had even LESS character without him. 1 1
TigerJ Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 The Patriots needed a character coach because Belichick is the head coach (and Kraft is the owner). With the Bills, it seems to be part of the makeup of the front office and coaching staff from Beane and McDermott on down. For the Bills, I think a character coach would be redundant. 2

Doc Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 There are 3 threads on the Cheaters and 2 on the Jets. Yeah, jealousy.

hondo in seattle Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Easterby actually sounds like a useful guy: kind of a combination of life coach and culture-builder. McD should talk to him.

White Linen Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 They win and they've been great at it. It does however bother me that they are talked about as doing it the right way - the Patriot way. They are shrewd and will try and win by any means. I'ts ultra effective but there's a stench around how they've done it that once again the media ignores. They are not dripping with integrity and that's why they aren't revered by the fans (not just Buffalo).
