He obviously obstructed justice. Even Republicans are admitting this now. He obviously was involved in a hush money payment to a porn actress. Ya, he's a criminal. We are only seeing more and more evidence as the cover ups unravel.

Clearly he "obstructed" the investigation into a fabricated "offense" by protesting his innocence. How dare he! He should be immediately impeached and a trial scheduled before the Senate.

No, he actually obstructed justice. He is protected by the political bias of people like you who think he should be above the law.

Elections are unconstitutional? above the law? understand what you are advocating for here - the ability of the state to obtain your private financial information to be used in any way they see fit. also, do you not understand that we are talking about the IRS here and if anything, anything was untoward with his taxes, he would be audited and then if anything were found to be out of order, he would face legal consequences, right? 1

I find it telling that a judge ruled the House could subpoena on a whim, and yet a member of his own branch of government needs probable cause and a warrant to get this same type of information. If there really is all this supposed evidence against Trump, then why don't they just follow legal precedent and swear out a warrant? Point is, the House is acting as if THEY are the superior branch of government... The true definition of Tyranny.. Where does it stop? Is Nadler going to next issue a no knock raid of Trump Tower? Or maybe even the White House? 2

Tons of precedent for investigations. Hundreds of years of it. If this President has ties to a foreign power the American people have a right to know. That's all.
