One of his tour stops is near me, should I go see him? I only own his Comes Alive album, cause, you know, I went to college. But that's probably the only tunes of his I know. I wouldn't want to take up a seat from someone that may be more of a fan of his.

Buy the ticket, show up two hours early outside the venue.  Look for the person with the sad face.  Sell them the ticket, or even better, give them the ticket.

If you like stuff like ‘Frampton Comes Alive’ and think you can sit thru two hours of that stuff, by all means go.

Myself, I’d be extremely bored.  The only Frampton I enjoy was with Humble Pie...

I wouldn’t worry about it, there should be plenty of seats available, especially if he’s playing bigger places like the Garden.

I was in college in the late 1970’s.  Frampton Comes Alive was pretty popular.  I always liked the start of Do You Feel....

Well woke up this morning with a wine glass in my hand
Whose wine, what wine, where the hell did I dine?
Must have been a dream I don't believe where I've been
Come on, let's do it again
Do you, you, feel like I do?

When he talks through that air tube thing, he said “I want to thank you” and people tried to believe that he was saying something dirty.  I never thought so.

Peter has played with everyone...

In light of all the ‘bad behaviour’ episodes of years past that celebrities are now dealing with, might I suggest you rephrase that?

Don’t you think I know who the members of Humble Pie were?  Of course that’s Steve Marriott.

If you had watched the video, you’d see plenty of Frampton.

I've seen  Frampton three times at Artpark and he's always put on a great show.  Set list highlights for me are always great versions of Black Hole Sun and While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

He's still a great player but his voice is starting to go, so It makes sense that he's calling it quits...

I did get to see him once, back in the late 80's at the old Tampa stadium... he was Bowies guitar player. It seemed like a month after Frampton Comes Alive came out everyone had it... it was alright I guess but that was the highlight of his career imo, although I do like Humble Pie.

This was before Humble Pie... I've had it a couple of times but it really isn't my style.

I read that he damaged his vocal chords with that thing.  Jeff Beck used one too, on his ‘Blow By Blow’ album.

I heard that he damaged his teeth.   Urban legend.

Saw him a couple summers ago with Steve Miller, they were great. He only played a few songs from 'Comes Alive' and mixed in a lot of great classic stuff. I hadn't seen him since the Rich Stadium show in the 70s. I would recommend going to the show while you can, I think Jason Bonhams Zep band is opening.

I will always remember him most as Billy Shears in the Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band movie.

That was an epically bad movie.?

Smokin cd had no frampton. The line up was Marriott, Jerry Shirley, Clem clempson and greg Ridley.

Peter frampton 1971 left the band.

I saw him last summer.  He is such an excellent guitarist.  I would definitely go.
