Is WEO defending the patriots again?  I want to get the cliff notes version of this thread

None of them have ever done anything wrong and we are all just jealous.  It's another stream of "you hate us because you ain't us".  I wonder if he goes on Jets and Dolphins boards and does the same stuff.

It is pretty humorous that his defense team is now saying it would constitute pornography.  Not sure how that can be if he didn’t do anything.

Digging all the way to the bottom of their bag of tricks I see.

Again like I asked, what's wrong with an escort at a private location?  No strings, discretion and a place that won't get raided.

Escorts keep records. Remember our former governor, Client 9?

Kraft’s team will wear the Bozos down with paper work and this gets quashed like a bug.

Doutbful.  They're doing everything every other lawyer does.  Just a 3 times the price.

What is every other lawyer doing?

Trying to bury their case in paperwork/every excuse they can come up with.

If you were in legal peril are you going to tell your attorney not to aggressively represent you?

I haven't closely followed this thread and case. But what is obvious to me is if the surveillance was not legally obtained then the case will be ultimately dropped.

They complain about the negative coverage all the time on WEEI. I only know this because I’m a Celtics fan and tune in for that talk. I don’t know what’s behind it but they published some scathing article on him recently

Wait, you listen to Boston radio coverage?  I knew you were messed up.  I just didn't know how deep it went.

Now where is that ignore button.......?

He is really YoloinBoston but is ashamed of it so he uses Ohio instead.

Reminds me of story of a child who when asked what parent did and child said he mugged old ladies; teacher looked into it and found out that he was a laywer who was leveraging elderly widows out of houses with "sweetheart" contracts to help them preserve their homes but had fine print allowing him to foreclose and he did it to them whenever the market value jumped up paying them only balance still unpaid in reverse mortgages in installments.  Teacher explained to child this and child told teacher he could not tell difference.

UPDATE regarding the Human Trafficking angle: Prosecutors in Kraft Case Say No Human Trafficking Found

So those with their panties in a wad because Kraft was involved with trafficking slaves can step back from the guillotine.

Appears he was a widower looking for a NSA (no strings attached) handjob. I imagine NSA is hard for him to get from traditional sources.

It is very easy for him.  He has plenty of laywers who can write an agreement they need to sign (like ex girl friend did) protecting his assets.

Of course I would. As I’ve advocated for everyone facing legal peril over the years. Just saying his lawyers aren’t doing anything revolutionary.

In this case it doesn't matter if he is a multi-billionaire or an indigent using a public defender. If the surveillance was not legally handled then the outcome should be the same. This lower misdemeanor charged case should be dropped.
