Schefter said on the radio today that he believes he’s done nothing wrong and is above whatever they are trying to charge him with. Well if that’s the case, why you in court bro? He's going to court because he is being charged. That doesn't mean that he is guilty of the charges. And that is why he is fighting the charges. Some people are relishing the thought of Kraft being humiliated. I'm not one of them.

People just dont get that they were in paradis compared to what their living conditions at home would have been.

He should be fined, because he didn't hurt anyone; he didn't force anyone to do anything; and - if found guilty - it's just a misdemeanor. If a player or coach was found doing illegal activity would the same thing apply, convicted or not? It is a slippery slope.

He was charged with several felonies. FELONIES! Police also found a dead woman who had overdosed in his condo. For committing several felonies and having a dead woman in his home, Irsay received a $500K fine and a 6 game suspension. Kraft is charged with 2 misdemeanors. Most of us spend more on date night to get our wives to give us the "Bob Job." Only a story because Kraft owns the Pats.

Yeah but cheating on your spouse isn't illegal. Again, he's an owner in a league that punishes players for getting into trouble.

But it was still illegal, although with different consequences. And he's an owner who expects his employees to avoid illegal activity.
