Rocky Landing Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 Interesting side note to all this: If Kraft* is found guilty of misdemeanor soliciting prostitution, he will technically be barred from entering Canada for ten years unless he earns Criminal Rehabilitation or a Temporary Resident Permit. In fact, since Canada does not exercise a presumption of innocence regarding foreign nationals with arrests, he may already be barred. 1

Someone should sell the video to the highlight bidder and give the money to charity REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE THE judge cannot unilaterally "throw the book at him". It has to go to trial first Kraft's lawyers will demand a jury trial.

It's up to the prosecutor to prove that the defense made a false accusation (especially when the prosecutor concedes that the cop said he would "make something up" to justify the traffic stop). Keystone cops down there...
row_33 Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 nothing useful will happen from this except they hopefully won't bother showing Kraft 36 times every game and gushing over what a super human he is 1

Two of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft's high-profile defense attorneys lied during his misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution case and falsely alleged a police officer admitted to fabricating a traffic violation to stop another massage parlor customer, prosecutors asserted Tuesday. More evidence here that proves Kraft and his inner circle is Scum. I can’t believe the NFL hasn’t done anything about this.

Punish him for getting busted paying for prostitution on FILM and possibly supporting a human trafficking ring.... how about that? Guys in the NFL get punished for a lot less then that.. Just be consistent NFL with your punishments. That’s it....

He paid for a handy. It's a misdemeanor. It's not like he made an underground porn. He was filmed without knowing it. If he's convicted of a misdemeanor, then he should be punished appropriately for someone who's convicted of a misdemeanor. If he ends up being acquitted, then he should be punished appropriately for a violation of the NFL's code of conduct. That's it. Nothing more, nothing less. He shouldn't be forced to sell the team. He shouldn't even be suspended. He should be fined, because he didn't hurt anyone; he didn't force anyone to do anything; and - if found guilty - it's just a misdemeanor. 1

Toesy Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 Could be worse-Kraft could be Bill Clinton taking what was it-45 trips? -on Jeffrey Epstein 's private jet to Lolita Island.

Toesy Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 Right-he is supposed to finger himself while watching a tape of some other guy having sex-this is America 2019.

As with many generic terms that have come to be known by their brand names, like Kleenex and Xerox for example, the generic term “a handy” is now and forever known as “a krafty.” 1

Just seems that many here want the tape revealed to further humiliate him. I just don't see what that accomplishes. All because of football? Really?
