I have been watching "Ozark" on Netflix and the show featured a homosexual relationship between an undercover FBI agent and a redneck who was in the closet. Scenes showed the 2 going at it and kissing and what not. 20 years ago that would simply hot have existed on American TV. Now it does and it's not really a big deal. These sorts of cultural nuances shift with the passage of time. Pot being legal and "no big deal" is going to be next. Netflix is not American TV.

Last time I applied they told me they would not accept any candidates from out of state; it did not matter if you had a local address or you were not looking for them to pay for relocation.

Glad to see CO is going well. it's extremely variable. anything in or near downtown is typically going to be expensive, presumably to take advantage of the tourist dollars. but just a little searching on leafly or weedmaps will yield many quality deals. competition seems to be keeping prices in check

The Real Buffalo Joe Posted February 21, 2019 Posted February 21, 2019 I was at a Willie Nelson concert this summer. In Texas, it's still completely illegal. Yet there were people in the concourse, sitting at a picnic table, blazing away as if it was just a cigarette. Security didn't care. It was beautiful.

I live in downtown Buffalo, and I constantly see folks vaping while walking up and down Main Street, Elmwood, etc. (And they ain’t vaping tobacco!) It’s just not that big of a deal any longer. . We saw the Stones at Rich Stadium around ‘75 and they had made signs out of bed sheets and hung them from the upper deck with menus of what they were selling. I thought I had stepped through the looking glass!

Vaping is completely different than smoking a doobie... the smell and smoke cloud is completely different you can get away with smoking a vape in public because it’s discrete you aren’t getting away with smoking a doobie walking down elmwood

But I do agree - a friend offered me, so I tried it. I figured, what the heck - if I still lived in CA, I’d have a 420 card (cancer patient), plus it’s almost legal here anyway. The experience was nothing like the bong hits and doobies I remember from college. It was smooth, and practically odor-free. Now, I want to run out and buy a pen. ? .

It’s just a bit too much of a hassle for 5-0 to watch every vape user... 65% of the Vapers are using tobacco vapes which aren’t illegal the 35-40% that are pot vaping are a bit safer because 5-0 can’t stop every person using vape pen a doobie or blunt is 100% noticeable and will get you arrested every Time

It's more like 90-95% of vapers, from my experience at least.
