OnTheRocks Posted September 8, 2004 Author Posted September 8, 2004 Will never know will we? 22569 You got that right!!!!!!!
IDBillzFan Posted September 8, 2004 Posted September 8, 2004 It sure does Einstein. You have ALL your customers say that they wants to work with only a certain person or they take their business elsewhere... What do you do? Fire the bum employee and give the customers the one they will work with. It is a dead issue with Bush... Nobody wants to work with this administration. Throw in the new kid! 22559 Dude, this is ridiculous. You're saying that absolutely NO other nation in the world wants to work with the Bush administration. That is such a bitchslap to the very people who HAVE joined our cause and such a myopic, narrow-minded view of a larger picture. What we need is to hear from the very people who WILL work with the US in Iraq if Kerry is president. Let's see...has France said they'll help if we elect Kerry? Has Germany? I suspect you'd be more likely to see North Korea standing around with Kerry/Edwards bumper stickers. The world needs the US more than the US needs the world, and sometimes you need someone to remind the world of this little fact. The rest of the world is NOT our customer and we are NOT beholden to them and the sooner you guys stop counting on everyone else to help you through life, the sooner we will advance ourselves and our nation. I swear to God I become more of a Republican strictly because the Democratic concept is SO FUGGIN' PUSSIFIED!!!
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted September 9, 2004 Posted September 9, 2004 I agree with many that there are a cluster of problems with the operations in Iraq but....... It seems that everyday this guy has a sound bite saying he would have built a more powerful coalition. How? Again...he keeps telling us he is going to do all these things or that, had he been President he would have done all these things differently but never provides "a way". It would be interesting to see how he would have planned on getting France and Germany on board. 21665 Kerry would do it differently.....and different means better, or so we are supposed to believe. We wouldn't go it alone because Kerry could do it differently and by differently we're left in the dark wondering what he would do. But Kerry at least can comfort the nation by being different and focusing on different techniques and various ways of saying how one would approach these matters in a different fashion. The problem is, the politics of indifference end up rearing its ugly collective head upon the populace as the indifferent candidate offers up his policies of indifference, causing his campaign to follow a different path, the poorly devised path, which is why a different group of people are going to run Kerry's campaign now, mainly the different viewpointed Carville, Begala and other indifferent attack dogs. Perhaps they can reign in the differing opinions of their candidate and provide some cohesion and clarity to the message. This may not sit well with the diffusing differentiating dodo of different messages aka candidate Kerry. How long will it be till a different team is in charge, promoting the politics of difference and indifference espoused by Kerry?
