This was just not a particularly exciting matchup. People are tired of the Pats and the Rams don't have an established, well known QB outside of football circles. 1

Patriots dominance is a reason, the hype is a reason, the rule changes are a reason, and frustration turning to indifference on why the Bills can’t field a competitive team year after year is a reason.
