CajunBillsBacker
A friggin FS when Chris Spencer and Ben Wilkerson are still on the board? Nothing against Bullocks because he's pretty good, but no way do we take a FS when there are solid players on the board that fill much larger needs than a FS. Read the response to the Beunning pick in round 3, that's exactly why we don't pass on Spencer or Wilkerson for a FS in round 2.
stuckincincy
Yes, that would surprise me, too - Bill's choice between S and a G/C. Still, the Bills turned their backs on C Alex Stepanovich last year and G Erik Steinback the year before. I once looked over NFL.com's draft history page, and noticed that the club has not been much of a drafter of OL's since the mid '90's. Telling. My guess is that Spencer goes earlier, tho. The B'gals could certainly use him, and also Maas - I wouldn't be surprised if they trade down if not out of rnd 1 and give either of them some early consideration. I'm hoping that this year will be different and that we'll use two of our earliest draft picks to bolster our line.

There are six comp picks at the end of round three (TEN, DEN, SEA, KC, NE, DEN), effectively taking six players off the board prior to round 4 selections. Also, 4 comps in rnd 4, 6 in rnd 5, and 8 in rnd 6.
