The bottom line is that until the Bills start to win, they will continue to get no respect. 2019 is going to be a huge year for this franchise, free agency and the draft are going to be critical. You would think team about to execute full rebuild would automatically drop to the bottom of any power ranking. 7

There’s not a lot of marketable “names” here and we haven’t done squat in years. My guess would be as they were finishing the list they were like “oh crap I forgot buffalo even had a team throw them in the bottom somewhere”
