sven233 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Say what you want, and I know it is very early, but I have enjoyed this so far. Big hits, the play has been pretty good, the pace of play is good, and no ridiculous penalties. 1
davefan66 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Is there an agreement with the NFL about cherry picking, or is it built in the players contracts like the CFL? Be interesting if a guy lights it up and signs with the NFL after a few weeks as a UFA.
sven233 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 (edited) I like the additional audio of the players and coaches as well. So far, so good. And audio of the replay booth!!!!!!!!!!! That is awesome!!! Edited February 10, 2019 by sven233 1

davefan66 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Refs look like they are wearing bullet proof vests.
HappyDays Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 I like that they let the CBs fight the receivers a little. 2
LeGOATski Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Not a catch. I like how they show the commentary of the refs discussing the call. Perfect. This is how the NFL should be. 1
wppete Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 (edited) We need a team in Buffalo Next Year or Rochester! What should the name be???? Edited February 10, 2019 by wppete
Not at the table Karlos Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 So far i am very impressed. 1
Kmart128 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 The talking official in the booth is great. Would be a tremendous addition to the NFL rather than sending them to NY 3
HappyDays Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 If the NFL borrows anything from the AAF it should be the way they handle challenges. 2 2

Maybe. These other leagues tend to start hot and then die quick. We'll see. If they promote it properly and keep the big name announcers, they may have a chance

Or maybe the league doesn't want to start out with a lot of drama, not to mention drama queens They probably want to put people in the seats though and that would certainly help. Especially Tebow for that orlando team. They would draw more then the Florida nfl teams
